I built this Self-Freedom Kit so that you can bring The Conscious Codependence™ Process into your life at your own pace. It’s the process of recognizing your automatic habits of blaming your feelings on others AND focusing more on another person’s reality than your own. Codependence is one of the greatest distortions of the human psyche. It is a dissociation of self and an illusion as to what true connection & desire really is.
Codependence can be so sneaky – yet it’s so common and I’m out to normalize it. It can subtly weave its way into almost every area of our lives. And we may not notice it until we wake up from having nothing left to give.
This is where Conscious Codependence™ steps in. This process will help shepard you back to the truest version of yourself, to the release of the hold that other people have on your nervous system and to YOU AS THE CREATOR OF CONSISTENT INNER PEACE.

What it came down to was that I was unconsciously recreating my relationship with my mother, my brother and my father everywhere. I was almost always in my TRAUMATIC IDENTITY – the identity my nervous system developed in order to survive my childhood holding environment.
At this point, it’s been 32 years of therapy, a degree in Behavioral Science, 10 years of 12 step programs, 30 plant medicine journeys, several year-long training programs and over $100k in business & leadership coaching to diffuse my Codependence & return to MY TRUE NATURE – the way in which I was innately designed to express, love, connect & create.
It is now my greatest passion to support others in living from the point of view of their TRUE NATURE.
